At Amaya, we understand that what seemed really nice may not be right for you. And it’s OK. You can return a product that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Note that you can’t return any products that you bought on sale. To return, you can request an at-home pick-up . A shipping fee of INR 200 per product will be deducted from all orders to arrange for pickups.

We want you to love what you wear! If you need a different fit, we provide replacements for the exact same item. While we cannot swap one design for a completely different look, we are happy to help you get that specific piece in your preferred size.
You can request an exchange if:
Shipping Errors: The item or size arriving at your door doesn't match what you originally requested in your confirmation.
Quality Issues: You find a manufacturing flaw or damage. If this happens, please take a quick photo the moment you open your package so we can fix it for you.
Fit Preferences: The garment doesn’t sit quite right on you, or perhaps you accidentally clicked the wrong size during checkout.
Product Condition: To qualify for a swap, our warehouse team must verify the item is unworn. Please keep all original tags and packaging attached and in good shape. To exchange, you can request an at-home pick-up .
